ORDERING INFORMATION

Payment :   by cash , check or Credit.Card - payment must accompany order. Credit cards accepted: VISA, MasterCard & Discover
 

Minimum order : we have a $30.minimum order plus shipping & handling
 

Shipping & handling : please add 15% of the total, $20.minimum. PER  ORDER .We take a great deal of time and care in packaging your plants to insure that you receive them in the best possible condition. All plants are sent bare root and wrapped in moss or vermiculite , unless requested otherwise. 
 

Smaller packages :  will be sent by Express or Priority Mail.
Heavier packages :  well be sent by UPS blue label, air or FedEx air at an additional cost.
 

Allow at least 2-3 weeks for shipment , unless otherwise requested.
 

Nevada residents : state the county you live in and add your county sales tax.
California residents : please add 8.25% sales tax.
 

Photos available : for customers who wish to see a plant before ordering; please call or send a self addressed stamped envelope with $2 per photo and the name of the plant you want to see . But remember, plants are first come first serve, photos may take a little time to get to you and many of the species are in limited quantities. 

Please call for an appointment before you come by.  All the plants in this catalog are in my collection except one, it is in Australia. A friend of mine took that photo. 
 

I would like to ask a favor. If anyone would send me photos of  your plants or plants in the wild, I would consider it a great favor, it is a thrill for me to open an envelope and see other people's photos.
 

I haven’t been able to see very many plants in the wild but getting photos are the next best thing .

I encourage you to call me first before you order to find out if I still have the plant you want.  I also enjoy talking to other Cycad enthusiasts, even novices. Please let me have your number so I can let you know about conditions that might cause delays, like weather or newly emerging top.
